The nose opens with orchard fruit and caramel with a baking spice undertone of cinnamon and nutmeg. On the palate, those baking spices lead the way followed quickly by stewed apples and light brown sugar. The finish adds oak and a light floral note to the sweet spiced fruit of the palate. Bottled without chill filtration at a cask strength of 55. 6 ABV
